Rewinder is designed to unwind coiled sheet from the roll or wind the punched belt during the processing on the forming line. Usually, it works in line with other equipment, such as levelling machine, feeder, press, or with dividing attachment.

The drive of the arbor is motoric with self-braking once the drive is switched off.

Operation of the decoiler is either manual, using the control panel of the machine or automatic, using the control arms used for gaging the thickness of the overhanging plate. Decoiling is possible in both ways related to the position of the decoiling machine in the line. Following that we assemble the control arm, control panel and pneumatically controlled roll holder. The holder is available as option.

The fixing diameter of the arbor is adjustable using extensions, which are part of the basic package of the machine. Securing and centering of the roll is mechanical.

Pneumatically controlled roll holder prevents the roll from uncoiling. The holder is mounted on the frame of the decoiler and is manually operated.

The basic package of the machine contains standard equipment needed for the installation and alignment.

Size of the machine is decided according to the needs of our customers.

Levelling and feeding machine is used to straighten coiled sheet while precise feeding it to the press. It is also used for levelling and feeding of individual shorter pieces before the subsequent  forming operations. The equipment works independently from the press, and needs to be firmly connected to the right or left side of the press. Our levelling and feeding machine was designed to work in line with the decoiler and press to create a highly efficient automatic pressing line.

The control of the machine is by an automatic control panel stand. The control panel display shows all necessary information about the operation of the line. The drive is using a servo drive LENZE. The electrical installation allows an Emergency stop application to the entire pressing line.

Our levelling and feeding machines are capable of feeding the plate with the accuracy of 0,02mm on 10m. The thickness of the plate can be up to 6mm and width can be accommodated to the needs of our customers.
